The custom furniture did take time to get, but we knew this upfront and it was worth the wait! We love our new living room cocktail table, media center and console. Highly recommend this company!

Outstanding customer service! Timely response without fail. Joseph was particularly helpful. The ceramic console from Italy was a demonstration of the finest craftsmanship. The installation team were considerate and skilled. I will definitely consider 360 for future projects and would recommend them without hesitation. This is being said by a person who rarely writes a review.

I have been struggling for years to buy one formal dining table of my choice. Exhausted all the high end to all level stores in New York and New Jersey area but didn't like anything. I have bought one dining table and an entryway mirror from Room Service 360. Both are amazing and I get so many compliments from everyone all the time. I must say they have the finest collections so far. This is my one stop shop for any future furniture purchases. Special thanks to Arth who has been working closely with us and changed our soecifications and designing three times during the making of this glass dining table process. The staff is very accommodating. The price is little bit higher but it's worth the product. Love this store. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a specific accent chair when I went to Room Service 360. The sales staff went through all their color samples with me and found the perfect color and chair. They even suggested the matching pillows for my sofa. I love the finished look.

Amazing experience! We ordered a bed from Italy. The delivery time was exactly(!) according to the specified schedule. The white glove delivery was immaculate. It took two guys over an hour to assemble the bed and the result was perfect. The bed is great too, of course. ???? No surprises whatsoever ????????

Woo hoo Room Service 360 and your customer service team! The whole process from picking out my countertop stools to ordering them to delivery was above par. I asked when the product was going to arrive in their warehouse (hoping to have them in time for my daughter’s wedding) and joked that I would call every day to check in. The customer service person got the joke and we laughed together. The stools arrived sooner than expected and we laughed about me not having to call him every day. The delivery men were respectable. They covered their shoes before entering the house. And the stools are absolutely freaking awesome! A+ to Room Service 360!

Room Service 360 is a great find for all decorating needs. Their online photos are precise and their staff is amazing. There are so many choices and variations that it’s sometimes hard to narrow it down. Each phone conversation was handle politely, professionally and knowledgeable. The delivery was impeccable with understanding my needs as a home owner. The service staff knew what to do and continually worked to put together a fine product. I was informed by the employee of a defect immediately. He took a picture and within a few days a replacement was ordered. Again, the employees answered my questions over the phone or called me back the same day with the response. The service staff that returned to correct the furniture issue was on time, professional and listened to my concerns. My furniture was put together to my satisfaction and looks beautiful in my home. I am so pleased with the wide range of interior design options and am highly pleased with all my interactions with all employees.
