Great selection and great prices-beautiful furniture. We shopped in person in nyc , but found the same pieces for much less on room service 360. Megan was terrific in helping us choose since the materials we had seen in a showroom were no longer available. Delivery service also excellent-the guys were very patient and arranged the table and chairs just perfectly.

Outstanding service. Ordered BDI furniture from Room Service 360, the only stockist in the US that was prepared to assist with delivery to the UK. Not only that, but the packing, information, and support has been exceptional. All the items were delivered to me on a pallet, safely secured inside a large crate. All items inspected and packed with their own packing. Truly exceptional. Thanks again Steve.

Megan is amazing! She has a keen eye for decorating. Helpful and accommodating, like having an interior designer w/out the cost! Megan and I worked together over the phone and I ordered furniture for each room in my home. 360 has high end furnishings, beautiful pieces for every room in your home. Sooooo glad I took the chance and used them Believe me you will not be disappointed.

I’ve always had trouble ordering furniture from Italy in the past, but this experience was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Megan and Joseph were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, and the assembly team did a great job as well. Overall, I’m very happy with everything and will be ordering from them in the future!

Steve was a pleasure to work with. My original purchase was with a store in my hometown that went out of business and kept my deposit. Steve not only helped me reorder everything, he located my original sofa so I didn’t have to wait additional months to receive. Absolutely love my sofa and barstools.

Good service

I purchased a coffee table from this store 20 years ago. I still have it and still love it. I just moved to a larger home and knew just where to go when I needed another coffee table. The associate who worked with me was so helpful when choosing the materials and when it arrived, it was perfect. I couldn't be happier. And the white cloth delivery and assembly was exceptional. I will definitely be going back to purchase additional pieces.

Thank you Megan for helping us through a difficult order situation. If special ordering a sofa from Italy, make sure you request the actual piece of leather the sofa will be made in. The swatch in the store may be a completely different color and finish.

The tables we ordered (custom made in Italy) are stunning. Room 360 ensured that they were not damaged upon receipt in the USA, then Room 360 delivered them to our home. Excellent service!

For my review, I am simply copying a message I sent to Room Service 360: “Good morning, I've been meaning to write you about delivery of our curio cabinet last Sunday. First of all, we really love the cabinet and are very glad we bought it. But I'm writing primarily to compliment you on the delivery; that is the only thing that prompted this note. The guys that delivered it did a thoroughly excellent job. In fact, it was by far the best furniture delivery we've ever had. Not only were they extremely careful in bringing it into our house and placing it, they spent so much time setting it up, carefully leveling it and cleaning every square inch of it - a lot of glass! They treated it with the care as though it was their own. Plus, I'm sure they were already worn out from the long drive from Philly. Yet, they certainly took no short cuts in the delivery. Needless to say, the cleanup left no trace. The delivery alone would, by far, make Room Service 360 our first choice for any furniture needs in the future. Many thanks to you and especially your delivery crew. We wanted you to know.” ————- I would add that the Italian curio cabinet is beautiful and well-crafted. We’re very happy we found it at RS360.
