An elegant arched geometric motif is delicately engraved across the doors, introducing a rhythmic visual language inspired by classical architecture and thoughtfully reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The sophisticated matte lacquered finish further enhances the depth and character of its sculptural design.
Crafted in Italy, the Selene Sideboard combines striking aesthetics with considered functionality. Its four doors open to reveal a fixed interior wooden shelf, offering discreet storage while maintaining the piece’s clean, sophisticated profile. As the creator of countless eye-catching and innovative products, Roberto Semprini is an internationally recognized designer and architect. He studied architecture in Florence and joined the Bolidist movement in 1987, which expresses design symbolically. In his early career, Semprini worked as a freelance journalist in Milan for various design publications before focusing more of his attention to creating iconic and award-winning products for prominent Italian brands.
Semprini's work is artistic yet functional that is ideal in a modern setting. In addition to designing, Semprini teaches and gives lectures at various Italian institutions. Because his work is so iconic, it's on display in museums around the world.
