She is a co-owner and key creative figure at Cagis Italia, a family-run design and manufacturing company with roots dating back to the 1960s. The company specializes in bespoke outdoor architectural structures and furnishings for residential and hospitality spaces, working with materials such as wrought iron, steel, wood, and glass, all produced in Italy. With over 30 years of experience in outdoor furniture and spatial design, Mariateresa focuses on creating continuity between interior and exterior environments, ensuring a cohesive design language across both. In the hospitality (Ho.Re.Ca.) sector, she is also involved in coordinating project execution alongside design development.
