Since 2001, he has designed international headquarters, commercial spaces, hotels, and restoration projects in historic buildings. His work has earned nominations for the Medaglia d’Oro, Mies van der Rohe Award, and Compasso d’Oro.
Scandurra has participated in the Venice Biennale and Milan Triennale, while also contributing through lectures, writings, and research on Milan’s urban development. A professor at SUPSI, he is also the author of Juan Navarro Baldeweg, Umberto Riva, Carlo Scarpa and the Origin of Things.
