    Born in Japan in 1967, Tokujin Yoshioka is a talented designer, architect, and artist. He has worked under Shiro Kuramata and Issy Miyake before striking out on his own and starting his studio in 2000. Over his long award-winning career, he has worked for Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Toyota, Lexus, Kartell, Moroso, Glas Italia, and Driade.

    Yoshioka's work is inspired by nature and his Japanese culture. He is mainly known for his gorgeous light fixtures that double as practical light solutions and magnificent sculptures. Thanks to his incredible attention to detail and background as an artist, his furniture pieces are durable and gorgeous for years to come.
