    A graduate of Milan Polytechnic in 1975, Antonio Citterio is a successful Italian architect and designer who started his design studio in 1972. In the course of his career, he has worked with Terry Dwan designing buildings all over Europe and Japan, and Patrica Viel, who he started an architecture and interior design studio.

    In addition to these projects, Citterio also has collaborated with Ansorg, Arclinea, Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hermès, Iittala, Kartell, Maxalto, Sanitec (Geberit Group), Technogym and Vitra. He creates practical yet stylish furniture pieces for Kartell that stand out in a modern setting. Citterio also has many accolades to his name, receiving the Compasso d'Oro in 1987 and 1994.
