Born in 1953, he started his career as an accountant and later began working as a salesman in the furniture industry, where his passion for great design started. Through the years, he began working with and learning from many prestigious designers such as Vico Magistretti and Achille Castiglion. In 1989, after collaborating with many prominent companies, he founded Horm Srl with partners, and become CEO and Creative Director.
Geometrically inspired and eye-catching, Marson's designs are one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture. He has won the Compasso D'Oro three times over his long and successful career, making his work highly sought after. Today, he is a consultant for Bross and Creative Director of LightsOn.
