Tord Boontje

The award-winning Tord Boontje is a successful designer with years of experience under his belt. Originally from the Netherlands, Boontje studied at the Eindhoven Design Academy and Royal College of Art in London, where he opened his studio, Studio Tord Boontje. The studio started in 1996 and has developed immensely since then, creating unique products, lighting, and furniture that is popular around the world. His work is both practical and full of artistry, and because of that, some of his pieces are in museums and installations in London, New York, Amsterdam, and more.

In addition to working for his studio, Boontje also collaborates with different furniture companies throughout Europe, including Foscarini. He started teaching at the Royal College of Art and shaping the next generation of designers.
