Dixon's passion stems from recyclable materials and how to make environmentally friendly products that have distinct personalities. This passion is what made him famous as he started collaborating with various prominent furniture companies and he became known as a top-level designer.

Now, Tom Dixon has branched out and has studios around the world including New York, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. He mainly focuses on furniture, accessories, and lighting and each design have a sculptural quality that is also fully functional. Because his work is so entrancing to look at, it's displayed in museums around the world.
