Satyendra Pakhalé was born in 1967 in India and had his training at the prestigious IIT – Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and finished at the Art Centre College of Design Europe. Pakhalé started his career at Frog Design, where he, along with the rest of the creative team, came up with some of the first product ideas for new technologies in the area of digital communication and transportation design at Philips Design in the mid-’90s.
Pakhalé established his studio in 1998 in Amsterdam, Holland, and worked internationally in the field of industrial, transportation and architectural design. The studio produced a variety of award-winning collections that have made them internationally known and respected.
