Aldo Cibic

Aldo Cibic is a top name in the design and architecture industry. Born in the province of Vicenza, Cibic started working under Ettorre Sottsass in his Milan studio. He learned a lot under the mentorship and fellow designers Matteo Thun, Marco Marabelli, and Marco Zanini. Together, the four founded the Memphis Group, a successful design studio that collaborated with many prestigious companies. Also, Cibic founded the Cibic Workshop, which focuses on bringing accessible beauty to public spaces and creating new items using old materials.

Aldo Cibic collaborates with brands, such as Vinini, Selva, Kleis, and Pianca. His products use a playful amount of geometry and experiment with different materials.
